Skyexchange Support

We answer Skyexchange support questions on WhatsApp all day, and most of them get solved in a couple of messages when the first one has the right details in it. Email is there for escalations and written records. This page tells you how to reach us, what to send so we can fix things on the first reply, and which guide to read for the questions we hear most.

Every time, compare the WhatsApp number you're chatting with against the button above or the list on the Official Channels page. People impersonate Skyexchange support constantly, and checking the number rules them out in seconds.

What to include in your message

A complete first message saves a round trip. Send all of these together.

  1. Your login ID. The username we sent you when the account was created. If you haven't got one yet, say so.
  2. Your registered mobile number, so we can match the ID to the account.
  3. The problem in a sentence or two. What you tried, what you expected, what happened instead.
  4. A screenshot of the error, or of the screen where things stop working.
  5. Never your password or OTP. We don't need them and won't ask. Crop them out of screenshots too.

What Skyexchange support never asks for

  • Your password, current or new.
  • An OTP or code that arrived on your phone.
  • Payment to a personal account to "activate" or "unlock" anything.
  • An app installed from a link in a group or a direct message.

If any of these come up, you're not talking to us. Report it via the Official Channels page.

Common support topics and where to start

Most of what we get asked already has a guide, and reading it first often means you won't need to wait for us at all. If you still need help afterwards, tell us which steps you tried. That cuts out a lot of back and forth.

Escalating by email

WhatsApp handles almost everything. Email makes sense when you want something in writing, when a WhatsApp chat has gone quiet, or when you're reporting a fake site or number. Write to [email protected] with the same details you'd send on WhatsApp: login ID, registered mobile number, what happened, and a screenshot. If you chatted with us on WhatsApp earlier, mention the date so we can find it. And as always, no password and no OTP in the email.

Before you send anything

Check that the address bar shows skyexchangess.in and that the WhatsApp number matches the one on this site. We don't message users first, we don't switch to a "new number", and we don't run Telegram groups. If anything feels off, the Official Channels page settles it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I contact Skyexchange support?

Message us on WhatsApp using the button on this page. That is where we handle IDs, login help, deposits, withdrawals, and the app. If you want a written record or need to escalate, email the address listed on the Official Channels page.

What should I include in a support message?

Your login ID, your registered mobile number, a short description of what went wrong, and a screenshot if there is an error on screen. Leave out your password and OTP. We do not need either to help you and we will not ask.

Will Skyexchange support ever ask for my password?

No. We never ask for a password, OTP, transaction code, or payment to a personal account. Anyone who does is not us. End the chat and report it through the Official Channels page.

Can support help me get a new Skyexchange ID?

Yes. We issue new IDs and demo IDs on WhatsApp. Tell us you want one and we will walk you through it. The Skyexchange ID page has the details.

What if I do not get a reply on WhatsApp?

First make sure you are messaging the WhatsApp link from this site, not a number you found somewhere else. If the link is right, send one follow-up with your login ID rather than a string of messages, and use email if you still hear nothing.
