WhatsApp: the primary contact channel
One WhatsApp number handles everything our team does: new IDs, demo IDs, login help, password resets, the app, deposits, withdrawals and general questions. The button below opens the chat.
Already chatting with someone who says they're Skyexchange? Compare their number with this button. We don't switch to a "new number", and we never message you first.
Write to [email protected] when you need an escalation, a written record of a request, or to report a fake site or number. It's also the right move when a WhatsApp conversation has gone quiet and you want a second way in.
What to send
- Your login ID and registered mobile number, so we can find your account. No ID yet? Just say you want one.
- The problem in a sentence or two, including what you tried and what happened.
- A screenshot if there's an error on your screen.
- Nothing sensitive. No password, no OTP, no transaction code. We never ask for them.
What to expect
We reply from the official WhatsApp number, and the first thing we do is check your login ID against the registered mobile number. Simple requests, a login confirmation, a new ID, an app link, are usually finished inside the same conversation. Anything that needs verification, a password reset or an account recovery, takes longer because we check the details before we act. Email replies come from the official address and are slower than WhatsApp, so if it's urgent, use WhatsApp.
Before you send
- The address bar shows skyexchangess.in.
- The WhatsApp number matches the button on this page.
- Nobody is asking you for a password, an OTP, or a payment to a personal account.
The full list of verified channels, including any Telegram or social profiles as we launch them, is on the Official Channels page.
Where to look first
A lot of questions get answered faster by a guide than by waiting on us. The Support page pairs common problems with the right guide, from login not working to deposits and withdrawals. To see who runs this site, read About SkyExchangeSS. 18+ only. Availability depends on your jurisdiction.
