Why a Skyexchange security checklist matters
Two things go wrong, over and over. Someone types their details into a website that looks like ours but isn't, or someone on WhatsApp talks them into sharing a password or OTP. Yes, this happens a lot. Neither trick works on a person with a routine, and a routine is all this checklist is. If you want to see what those fake sites and chats actually look like, read how to spot fake Skyexchange sites first.
Before you log in
- Check the domain. The address bar has to read skyexchangess.in, spelled exactly like that, with a padlock. An extra word, a swapped letter, or a different ending means you're on a copy.
- Type the address or use a bookmark. Don't follow links from forwarded messages, search ads, or social media posts.
- Open WhatsApp from this site only. The button on any page here opens the real chat. The Official Channels page lists every route we actually use.
- Look at the device you're holding. A public computer, or a phone you don't control, is not the place to log in.
- Have your login ID ready. The ID is the only thing you enter on this website. Your password belongs on the platform, never here and never in chat. The Sky Exchange login page shows the flow.
During your session
- Stick to one tab. Several platform tabs at once muddle session handling, and it's easy to miss when one of them has quietly changed.
- Watch the address bar. If the domain changes mid-session, stop and re-check it before you do anything else.
- Ignore pop-ups asking you to log in again. A genuine session never interrupts you with a second login box on a different domain.
- Never share your screen with anyone who says they're support. We don't use screen sharing. Ever.
- Don't type your password into chat, even "to confirm it". There's no situation where we'd need that.
- Note anything odd, like a balance that doesn't match what you expected, and message us on WhatsApp straight away.
After your session
- Log out properly instead of just closing the tab. This matters most on a phone other people pick up.
- Close the tab so the next person to open the browser can't land in your session.
- Clear site data on shared devices. That wipes cookies and any saved form entries.
- Glance at your recent activity. It takes seconds and catches problems early. If something doesn't add up, use the support page.
Device hygiene
- Keep your operating system and browser updated. Old versions have known holes, and malicious pages use them.
- Put a screen lock on every phone that has ever opened your account. PIN, pattern, or fingerprint, we don't mind which.
- Install the app from our WhatsApp and nowhere else. The Android APK is shared there only. An APK from a group or a download site can carry a keylogger. The Skyexchange app page has the current version.
- Remove apps and extensions you don't recognise. Ad blockers, "coupon" helpers, and screen recorders can all read what you type.
- Stay off public Wi-Fi for account activity. If you have no choice, at least do the login step on mobile data.
- Use a password you use nowhere else. If you think it has been seen, ask us to change it. The password reset guide covers the process.
WhatsApp safety
- Start the chat yourself from the button on this site. Be suspicious of any number that messages you first.
- Compare the number. If a "support" contact isn't the chat you opened from here, it isn't us.
- Turn on two-step verification in WhatsApp so nobody can hijack your WhatsApp and message us pretending to be you.
- Don't forward your ID or account details to groups or to anyone asking privately.
- Keep deposit and withdrawal talk in the official chat only. Payment details from anywhere else, ignore. The deposit and withdrawal guide explains why.
- Slow down when someone rushes you. A message saying your account closes in minutes unless you act is a pressure tactic, not a real warning.
What the official Skyexchange team never asks for
- Your password. Not in any form, not at any time.
- An OTP or verification code sent to your phone.
- Remote access to your device, or a screen share.
- Payment to a number or account that wasn't confirmed inside the official chat.
- Your details in a group chat, a Telegram channel, or a form on another website.
If any of these happen, stop, take a screenshot, and report it through the Official Channels page.

If something already went wrong
If you've already typed your details into a page that turned out to be fake, or shared an OTP before it clicked, move fast. Message us with your login ID and ask for an immediate password reset. Then follow the account recovery guide to lock down the account and your registered mobile number. The sooner we know, the more we can do.
