This page is about the browser only. For the login flow itself, which ID and number to enter and how the WhatsApp check works, read the Skyexchange mobile login page. If the site won't open at all, start with the website not opening guide. Everything below assumes the page opens and then misbehaves.
The four things every browser has to allow
The platform needs JavaScript to run the interface, cookies to hold your session, a page that no data saver has rewritten, and a phone clock that's roughly right so secure cookies are accepted. Dead buttons, random logouts, missing images: nearly all of it comes back to one of those four.

Chrome on Android
- JavaScript. Three dots, Settings, Site settings, JavaScript. It should be allowed. If it's allowed in general but skyexchangess.in shows up under blocked exceptions, remove it from that list.
- Cookies. Still in Site settings, open Third-party cookies or Cookies, depending on your version, and check cookies aren't blocked outright. Blocking third-party cookies is fine. Blocking all of them is not.
- Data saver. Older Chrome called it Lite mode under Settings. Newer versions dropped it, but Android has its own Data Saver toggle under network settings, and that one affects Chrome too. Turn both off.
- Clear site data for this site only. Tap the padlock or tune icon in the address bar, open Site settings or Permissions, and pick Clear and reset or Delete data. You'll be logged out of Skyexchange and nothing else.
- Home screen shortcut. Three dots, Add to Home screen, name it, confirm. It opens the site in a clean full-screen view.
- Desktop site. In the same three-dot menu, make sure Desktop site is unticked. Chrome remembers this per site, so one accidental tap can leave it on.
Safari on iPhone
- JavaScript. Open the iPhone Settings app, scroll to Safari, tap Advanced, and check JavaScript is on. It's on by default, but a profile or a family setting can switch it off without you noticing.
- Cookies. Settings, Safari, and make sure Block All Cookies is off. Prevent Cross-Site Tracking can stay on.
- Low Data Mode. Settings, Cellular, tap your plan, switch Low Data Mode off. Do the same for your Wi-Fi network under its info icon. Low Data Mode pauses background loading the platform relies on.
- Clear site data for this site. Settings, Safari, Advanced, Website Data, swipe left on skyexchangess.in, delete. Far more precise than Clear History and Website Data, which wipes everything.
- Home screen shortcut. Open the site in Safari, tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen, confirm. There's no App Store version, so this is how we suggest using Skyexchange on iPhone. The app download page covers it in more detail.
- Request Desktop Website. Tap the AA icon in the address bar. If it offers Request Mobile Website, you're in desktop mode right now. Switch back. Per-site defaults live under Settings, Safari, Request Desktop Website.
- Content blockers. If you run one, tap AA, then Turn Off Content Blockers for this site.
Samsung Internet
- JavaScript and cookies. Menu (three lines), Settings, Sites and downloads. Allow JavaScript and Allow cookies should both be on. Smart anti-tracking can stay on; it doesn't get in the way.
- Ad blockers. Samsung Internet lets you install ad blockers under Ad blockers in the menu. Turn them off for skyexchangess.in if any part of the page is missing.
- Data saver. Look through Settings for Data saving or Reduce data usage and switch it off. Check the Android Data Saver toggle in the phone's network settings as well.
- Clear site data. Settings, Sites and downloads, Manage website data, find skyexchangess.in, delete. Personal browsing data also works, but that clears every site.
- Home screen shortcut. Menu, Add page to, Home screen.
- Desktop mode. Menu, then untick Desktop site if it's ticked.
Firefox on Android
- Enhanced Tracking Protection. Firefox blocks a lot out of the box. Tap the shield in the address bar and turn protection off for this site if parts of it fail to load.
- Cookies. Settings, Enhanced Tracking Protection, Custom. Cookies must not be set to All cookies.
- Add-ons. Firefox on Android runs extensions. Settings, Add-ons, and disable any ad or script blocker for skyexchangess.in, or test in a private tab where they're usually off.
- Clear site data. Settings, Delete browsing data, and tick only Cookies and site data if you want to keep your history. For this one site, tap the padlock, then Clear cookies and site data.
- Home screen shortcut. Three dots, Add to Home screen.
- Desktop site. Same menu, make sure Desktop site is off.
Keep the shortcut honest
- Make the home screen shortcut only after you've checked the address bar reads skyexchangess.in.
- Never save a Skyexchange password in the browser while you're on any other domain.
- For the app or any help, use the WhatsApp link on the Official Channels page, not a number from a search result.
- On a shared phone, log out and clear site data when you're done.

Desktop site mode on a phone
Every mobile browser can ask for the desktop version of a page. On Skyexchange you get tiny text, hover menus that want a mouse, and tables that run off the edge. It's occasionally handy when the mobile layout hides something, but switch it back afterwards. Chrome and Samsung Internet remember the choice per site, so a single accidental tap can leave you stuck in desktop mode for weeks, wondering why the site feels broken.
Private browsing, and why not to live in it
An incognito or private tab is the fastest way to find out whether an extension, a blocker, or a stale cookie is the problem, because it starts clean and usually skips add-ons. As an everyday choice it's a poor one. Cookies go when the window closes, so you're logged out every time; some browsers block harder in private mode; and a home screen shortcut created from a private tab still opens in normal mode anyway. Use private mode to diagnose, then fix the real setting in your normal browser.
Browser is fine, login still fails
