1. Who we are
skyexchangess.in is run by Lazaro Duychak. It's the only official Skyexchange website. In this policy "we" and "us" mean the Operator, and "you" means anyone visiting the site. Contact details are at the bottom of the page.
2. What this website collects
We keep collection to the bare minimum. Depending on how the site is set up at the time, we may hold:
- Analytics data, if analytics is switched on. Aggregated numbers such as which pages get read, roughly where visitors are at country or city level, device type, browser, and how people arrived. We use it to see which pages are actually helping and to fix the ones that aren't. It doesn't identify you by name.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting notes the basic technical details of each request, such as IP address, time, and the page asked for. That's for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept for a limited period and never used for marketing.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply for as long as it takes to deal with it.
3. What this website does not collect
- No passwords. There's no field on this site for a Skyexchange password, and we never ask for one.
- No payment details. There's no payment page here. Deposits and withdrawals don't go through this website.
- No identity documents. Any verification happens with our team in chat, not through this site.
4. The login form
The form on the Sky Exchange login page, and the similar forms elsewhere on the site, ask for a login ID and a mobile number. Nothing you type there is stored or sent to us. Pressing the button opens a WhatsApp chat with our team, and the details are used only on your own device to start that chat. We have no server-side record of what you entered.
5. WhatsApp communications
Every account service, from new IDs and login help to the app, deposits, withdrawals, and support, happens in the official WhatsApp chat linked from this site. Messages there are handled by WhatsApp under the WhatsApp privacy policy and terms, which are separate from this one. We'd suggest turning on two-step verification in WhatsApp and looking over its settings. The security checklist has more on that.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies and, if enabled, analytics cookies. No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies. The full picture, including how to control cookies in your browser, is in our Cookie Policy.
7. How we use information
The little we hold goes toward keeping the site running securely, seeing which pages help people, answering messages, and meeting our legal obligations. We don't sell personal data and we don't hand it to advertisers.
8. Retention
Analytics data is kept according to the analytics provider's settings and only in aggregated form. Server logs stay for a limited period, for security. Emails are kept for as long as it takes to resolve the matter, plus a reasonable period afterwards.
9. Your rights and data requests
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, or delete information about you, or to object to how it's used. To ask, email [email protected] from the address you want us to reply to and tell us what you need. We may ask for reasonable proof of who you are first. Anything about your Skyexchange account itself, rather than this website, goes to our team through the support page.
10. Children
This website and the Skyexchange platform are for adults, 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone younger. If you think a minor has given us information, tell us and we'll remove it.
11. Security
We use standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect the site. Since we hold so little personal data, the protection that matters most is in your hands. Never share your password or OTP with anyone, and check the Official Channels page before you give account details to any chat.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and we note significant changes on our Updates page. If you carry on using the site after a change, you've accepted the new version.
13. Contact
Privacy questions and data requests go to [email protected]. See also our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
