We don't change these channels quietly. Anything added or updated goes on the Updates page and appears here the same day.
One website, one WhatsApp
Everything we provide, from a new ID to a withdrawal query, goes through the WhatsApp button above. There is no second number, no reseller, no partner site. Who we are is on the About page.
How to verify you are on the official Skyexchange website
- Read the domain, letter by letter. The address bar should show skyexchangess.in and nothing more. Extra words, digits, hyphens, or a different ending all mean you're somewhere else.
- Check the padlock. A secure connection to the right domain shows one. A padlock on the wrong domain proves nothing, so do step one first.
- Bookmark the site once you've typed the address yourself, then use the bookmark every time. Never open Skyexchange from a forwarded link.
- Compare the WhatsApp number. Tap the button here and note it. If the number you're chatting with is different, stop.
- Look at the page itself. Our login form sends you to WhatsApp and never asks for a password. A page asking for a password or OTP is a copy.

Impersonation patterns we see
Clones aren't creative. The same few tricks come up again and again, and once you know them they're easy to spot.
- Lookalike domains that bolt extra words or numbers onto the Skyexchange name, or use the same name on a different extension.
- Copied logos and layouts lifted straight from this site, sometimes with our own wording still in place.
- Fake WhatsApp numbers introduced as "official support" or "our new number", usually messaging you before you message them.
- APKs in Telegram groups labelled as the Skyexchange app. We share the real app on official WhatsApp only, as the app page explains.
- Fake support asking for an OTP to "verify" or "unlock" an account. We never ask for one.
- Public admin or master login forms built to harvest higher-level credentials, covered on the admin and master login page.

What the official team never asks for
If you are asked for any of these, it is not Skyexchange
- Your password, current or new.
- An OTP or verification code that arrived on your phone.
- A transaction code or PIN, if your account has one.
- Payment to a personal account "to activate" or "to unlock" an ID.
- An app installed from a link in a group or a direct message.
- Remote access to your phone or computer.
What we will ask for is your login ID and registered mobile number, so we know who we're talking to, and sometimes a screenshot of an error. That's it. If you've already handed over anything on the list above, follow the account recovery guide now.
Report a fake site
If you've found a website, number, group, or profile pretending to be us, send us the address and a screenshot. Reports let us warn other users and act sooner. Include the full domain or number and, if you can, where you came across it.
