1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website drops into your browser so it can remember something from one page or visit to the next. A dismissed notice, an open menu, how you got here. Things like local storage do the same job in a slightly different way, and this policy covers them too.
2. Who sets them
Cookies here are set by skyexchangess.in, run by Lazaro Duychak, and, when analytics is on, by our analytics provider. No advertiser gets to set a cookie on this site.
3. Essential cookies
These keep the site working. They're limited to basic technical jobs such as:
- Security and performance settings applied by our hosting or content delivery service.
- Interface preferences, like remembering that you closed a notice or how you left the menu.
They don't follow you to other websites and hold no personal details. Because they're essential they don't need consent, but you can still block them in your browser. The site will carry on working for reading and for reaching our team on WhatsApp.
4. Analytics cookies
When analytics is on, an analytics provider may set cookies that show us how the site is used: which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and what device and browser they use. It's all aggregated, and we use it for one thing, making the site better. No individual profiles, no advertising.
Where analytics runs, we configure it with advertising storage and personalisation switched off. If you'd rather not be counted at all, block third-party cookies in your browser or use a content blocker. Nothing on the site changes.
5. No advertising cookies
No advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking cookies, and no embedded ad networks. There's nothing here to opt out of on that front.
6. Cookies and the login form
The login form on the Sky Exchange login page doesn't set a cookie to hold what you type, and doesn't send it to us. It opens a WhatsApp chat with our team. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
7. Third-party links
Tap a WhatsApp button and you leave this website for a service run by WhatsApp, with its own cookies and its own policies. The same goes for any other external link. Those services aren't under our control.
8. How to control cookies
Every major browser lets you see, block, and delete cookies:
- Block or allow cookies for all sites, or just certain ones, in the privacy or site settings section.
- Delete existing cookies by clearing site data, for everything or for skyexchangess.in on its own.
- Browse privately in an incognito or private window, which throws cookies away when you close it.
Blocking cookies here doesn't stop you reading the guides or messaging our team. If you're clearing site data to fix a loading problem, our website not opening guide has the steps.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when the site changes or when we adjust the analytics setup. The current version always lives here, and we list notable changes on our Updates page.
10. Contact
Cookie questions can be emailed to [email protected]. See also our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
