Skyexchange Agent vs Master vs Admin

Most weeks someone messages us asking how a Skyexchange agent, a master, and an admin actually differ. The short answer is three levels, each one created by the level above it, each with its own login page and its own view of the platform. Below we walk through who creates whom, what each level can see, and what each level is responsible for.

The Skyexchange hierarchy at a glance

Picture a tree. Admins sit at the top, masters underneath them, agents underneath the masters, and users at the bottom. Access only ever flows downward. Each level is set up by the one above and looks after the ones below. If you're a user, you'll only ever deal with your agent and with us, the official WhatsApp team. Here's the full structure.

Panel features vary from level to level. The principle doesn't. Nobody can act above their own level, and nobody at any level can read a password.

What a Skyexchange agent does

If someone brought you onto Skyexchange, that someone was almost certainly an agent. An agent has a panel listing the users under them and handles the routine account work for that group. In practice an agent can:

  • Ask us for new user IDs for the people they bring on. We complete the setup ourselves.
  • See activity summaries for their own users, things like balances and exposure in aggregate.
  • Adjust limits, but only within the range their master has allowed.
  • Pass deposit and withdrawal requests to our WhatsApp team, who then share the current instructions with the user directly.

What an agent can't do matters just as much. They can't see other agents or their users, can't touch settings above their own panel, and can't reset a password without going through us. If you're a user trying to understand your own account rather than the agent role, start with the Skyexchange ID page instead.

What a Skyexchange master does

A master doesn't manage users. A master manages agents. Their panel lists every agent under them and, through those agents, a rolled-up view of the users each one handles. Day to day a master will:

  • Create and oversee agents. We confirm each new agent account before it goes live.
  • Set the limits an agent works within, so no agent can go beyond what their master allows.
  • Read agent-level reports and catch odd patterns before they grow.
  • Escalate anything an agent can't sort out, either to the admin or to us.

Masters rarely talk to individual users. If you message a master directly, expect to be pointed back to your own agent or to official support.

What a Skyexchange admin does

Admin is the top of the operational tree. We create admins ourselves, nobody else does, and an admin answers for the masters beneath them and for platform-level settings. From the admin panel you can see the whole tree below in summary, create or suspend masters, and set the rules that masters then pass down to agents. Even here, passwords stay hidden. An admin can ask us to start a reset for a user, but can never read what that user typed.

Because the access is so wide, we keep admin accounts on a very short leash. Any offer of an admin panel outside our official WhatsApp is a scam, every time. Our guide on spotting fake Skyexchange sites shows what those offers tend to look like.

Who creates whom

  1. We create admins. This is the only way into the hierarchy, and it never happens in public.
  2. Admins create masters. Each master sits under one specific admin and inherits limits from there.
  3. Masters create agents. We confirm the agent account before it goes live.
  4. Agents bring on users. The user ID itself comes from us on WhatsApp, then gets linked to the agent who introduced that person.

Notice that we're involved at every step. That's why no genuine account, at any level, is ever created by filling in a form on a website. If a site asked you to register through a form, you're on a lookalike.

Read the last row twice. It doesn't matter what role someone says they hold. A request for your password or OTP is never genuine.

Which login page each role uses

We keep the login paths separate so each role lands on the right panel:

The flow is identical on all three. You give us your ID, we verify you on WhatsApp, and you get access for that session. Your password is typed on the platform itself and nowhere else, not on this site and not in chat.

Verification is the same at every level

  • The address bar must show skyexchangess.in.
  • The WhatsApp chat must be the one linked from our Official Channels page.
  • No role, agent through admin, ever asks for a password or OTP.
  • Panel access is never sold, gifted, or handed around in groups.

Security duties by role

More access, more responsibility. Each level owes something to the people below it.

Agents

  • Use a password for the agent panel that you use nowhere else, and change it the moment a device goes missing.
  • Never lend panel access to a user, not even for five minutes.
  • Send users to our WhatsApp for deposits and withdrawals instead of handling money privately. The deposit and withdrawal guide lays out the flow.

Masters

  • Look over agent activity regularly and tell us about anything that looks off.
  • Keep your list of active agents current. If one has gone quiet, ask us to suspend them.
  • Log out of the master panel after every session, and be strict about this on a phone.

Admins

  • Keep admin access on one trusted device wherever you can.
  • Never approve a master account until we have confirmed it.
  • Treat every unexpected access request as phishing until proven otherwise.

For the full list that applies to everyone, use the Skyexchange security checklist.

Getting the right access

If you need a user ID, an agent panel, or you're just not sure which level you actually hold, message us on WhatsApp. Say what you're after and we'll confirm your current role and what comes next.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a Skyexchange agent and a master?

An agent deals with users day to day: asking us for new IDs, answering questions, and passing deposit and withdrawal messages to the official team. A master sits one step up and looks after a group of agents. A master sees agent activity in summary, while an agent sees only their own users. Neither role can be self-registered. We set both up.

Who creates a Skyexchange admin account?

Only the official Skyexchange team. Admins sit at the top of the tree and there is no public sign-up for the role. If someone in a chat group offers to sell you an admin or master panel, that offer did not come from us. Check the Official Channels page before you reply to anyone.

Which login page does an agent use?

Agents go through the Skyexchange agent login page. Masters and admins use the admin and master login page. Ordinary users use the Sky Exchange login page. All three send you to our WhatsApp team for verification.

Can an agent see my Skyexchange password?

No. An agent can adjust limits and settings for the users under them, but no role in the hierarchy can view a password, and that includes admins. Nobody needs your password or OTP for anything. If your agent asks for either, stop the conversation and tell us through the support page.

How do I become a Skyexchange agent?

Message us on WhatsApp and say you are interested in agent access. We will explain what is needed and take it from there. There is no form for it. The agent login page gives a basic picture of what an agent panel includes.
