How Skyexchange deposit and withdrawal requests work
You won't find a card form, a wallet page, or bank details printed anywhere on skyexchangess.in. Every deposit and every withdrawal is arranged by our team inside the WhatsApp chat you open from this site. We do it this way because a chat is private, always current, and tied to a conversation we've verified. A payment page can be copied by a lookalike site in an afternoon. A chat with us can't.
In practice you never have to guess where to send money. Ask, and we tell you, in the chat, at that moment. If you don't have an account yet, start at the Skyexchange ID page. We can only take a deposit once we've issued your login ID.
Deposit flow, step by step
- Open the official WhatsApp chat from the button on this page, or any page on this site. Not a number from a group, not a forwarded message, not another website.
- Send your login ID and say you want to deposit. Add the amount you plan to put in so we can check it fits your account settings.
- Wait for our reply with the current instructions. We send them in the same chat. They can change between deposits, so don't reuse details from last time. Wait for the fresh message.
- Pay exactly as described, then screenshot or save the receipt.
- Send the receipt back in the official chat. If the chat has moved on, add your login ID again so we can match it.
- Wait for the balance confirmation. We check the payment against the receipt and confirm once your balance has moved. Log in afterwards and check it for yourself.
Withdrawal flow, step by step
- Message the official chat with your login ID and say clearly that you want to withdraw.
- Confirm the amount when we ask. We check it against your available balance.
- Share the receiving details we ask for, in the same chat. Only what we ask for. Never a password or OTP.
- Wait while we process it. We tell you what happens next and confirm when the money has gone out.
- Check it arrived on your side and reply in the chat to say so. Keep the conversation going until it's fully closed.
If you log in through the mobile login, it helps to keep WhatsApp and the platform in two separate apps so you can flip between them while we work on the request.
Never pay to a number that was not confirmed in the official chat
Nearly everyone who loses money does it the same way. They pay details that came from somewhere other than our chat. A group message. A "support" number that messaged them first. A lookalike website with a payment page. We confirm payment instructions in one place only, the chat you opened from skyexchangess.in. If details arrive from anywhere else, don't pay, and check the Official Channels page. Our guide on spotting fake Skyexchange sites shows what these traps look like.
Common reasons for delays
Most requests go through without any fuss. When one is slow, it's nearly always one of these:
| Situation | What is happening | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Receipt not sent | We cannot match your payment to your ID | Send the receipt and your login ID in the official chat |
| Reference mismatch | The payment details do not line up with the instructions we gave | Share the exact details you used so we can trace them |
| Paid to unconfirmed details | Money went to a number we did not share | Report immediately with screenshots and we will advise |
| Account check in progress | We are verifying the account before releasing a withdrawal | Wait for the update and answer any questions promptly |
| High message volume | The chat queue is busy | Send one clear message and avoid repeated follow-ups |
| Unclear request | The message lacks an ID, an amount, or the type of request | Resend with all three in one message |
If your request is stuck and none of these fit, ask through the support page with your login ID and the time you sent the original message.
Keep your receipts
Keep three things from every transaction: the payment screenshot, our confirmation message, and the balance update you see on the platform. If there's ever a dispute, those three let us settle it quickly. Store them somewhere private. Don't post them in groups, because they can contain details that identify your account.
Safety rules for every transaction
- Start the chat yourself from this website. Don't reply to numbers that contact you first.
- Get fresh instructions every time. Details from your last deposit may no longer apply.
- Never send a password or OTP. We don't need either to move money.
- Send one clear message with your ID, the amount, and the type of request, deposit or withdrawal.
- Keep the chat open until we confirm. A closed conversation is harder to trace.
- Check your balance on the platform after every confirmation and tell us straight away if it doesn't match.
These sit inside the wider Skyexchange security checklist, which is worth reading end to end if you're new.
Where agents fit in
If an agent introduced you, they may forward your request and answer the basic questions. The payment instructions and the confirmation still come from us, in the official chat. An agent who asks you to pay a personal account without that confirmation is stepping outside the process. The agent, master, and admin roles guide explains where the lines are.
Start a deposit or withdrawal
When you're ready to add funds or take some out, open the official chat, send your login ID, and tell us what you need. We'll reply with the current instructions.
