Read this before searching for an admin or master portal
- Master and admin access comes from our team only, after a review.
- We share portal addresses privately with the people who hold access. You will not find them on this site or any other.
- We never ask for a password, transaction code, or OTP.
- Questions about access go to the WhatsApp link on our Official Channels page.
The Skyexchange hierarchy from user to admin
The platform runs as a chain. Each level manages the one below and answers to the one above. Once you see the chain, most questions about the Skyexchange admin login, the master login, and who can do what answer themselves.
User
A user holds a personal ID and plays. They see their own balance, their own bets, their own history, and nothing belonging to anyone else. Users sign in on the Sky Exchange login page, and we explain how new IDs are issued on the Skyexchange ID page.
Agent
An agent runs a line of users: creating IDs, setting limits, watching activity. Agents have a separate portal and separate credentials, which we cover on the Skyexchange agent login page.
Master
A master oversees a group of agents. The master portal shows more: every agent under that master, every user under those agents, and the limits and activity across the full line. Masters usually create agent accounts, adjust agent-level limits, and read reports. That is why we treat a Skyexchange master ID login as a higher-trust credential than an agent one.
Super Master
Some setups add a super master between master and admin. A super master manages several masters and pulls their reporting together. It exists to keep big structures workable, and we grant it even more sparingly than master access.
Admin
Admin is the top of the chain. It controls platform-wide settings, creates the levels below, and sees everything. A very small group inside our operation holds it. Admin credentials are never sold, shared, or delegated. There is no honest way to "buy an admin panel", whatever a Telegram post says.
Comparison of access levels
This table describes purpose and typical permissions in broad strokes. We set exact permissions per account, so two masters can have different powers.
| Level | Purpose | Typical permissions | Manages | How access is granted |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| User | Play on the platform | Own balance, own bets, own history | Nobody | ID sent on WhatsApp after first deposit |
| Agent | Run a line of users | Create user IDs, set user limits, view line activity | Users | Granted by our team after onboarding |
| Master | Oversee a group of agents | Create agent accounts, set agent limits, line-wide reports | Agents and their users | Granted by our team, usually to experienced agents |
| Super Master | Bring several masters together | Create masters, combined reporting, broad limit control | Masters and everything beneath | Granted very selectively by our team |
| Admin | Run the platform | Platform settings, all levels, full visibility | Everything | Held only inside our operation; never transferred |
For a version with examples, read the agent vs master vs admin guide. Any unfamiliar term is in the Skyexchange glossary.
How master and admin access is granted
One route, and it runs through us. Nobody self-registers, nobody buys it from a third party, and nobody activates it by tapping a link in a message. In practice it looks like this.
- Build a track record first. We normally offer master access to people who have run a line as an agent and managed it well. Admin access is not offered to outsiders at all.
- Message us on WhatsApp. Use the link on this site. Tell us your current role and what you're asking for.
- Go through the review. We look at your history, the structure you plan to manage, and your jurisdiction, because availability depends on where you are.
- Receive credentials privately. If approved, your master ID and portal address come straight to you. Set a strong, unused password the first time you log in.
- Stay within the rules. We can reduce or withdraw master access if a line is not being managed properly.
Anyone outside our official channels offering a Skyexchange master ID or admin panel, particularly for money, is not connected to us. Report the offer through the Official Channels page.

Security obligations at master and admin level
A hacked user account hurts one person. A hacked master account exposes every agent and user beneath it. So the higher you sit, the more we ask of you.
- A device only you use. Updated operating system, updated browser, no shared computers, no public networks.
- A unique password and a separate transaction code. Reuse neither. Type neither anywhere except the portal itself.
- Log out after every session. A master portal left open in a background tab is one of the most common ways unauthorised changes happen.
- Review the line every day. Agent accounts you didn't create, limits you didn't touch, logins at odd hours. Any of these needs a look.
- Verify every contact. If a message claims to be from us, confirm it through the WhatsApp link on this site, not through the number that messaged you first.
- No APKs from groups. Master and admin portals run in a browser. An "admin app" passed around a Telegram or WhatsApp group did not come from us.
The Skyexchange security checklist turns each of these into a routine.
Master and admin login troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Master ID rejected | Typo, wrong case, or the password changed | Retype it carefully. If it fails again, ask us to check the ID and reset the password. |
| Portal address not loading | Old bookmark, changed address, or a network block | Confirm the current address with us on WhatsApp. See the website not opening guide. |
| Session ends after a few minutes | Cookies blocked, or a second device is logged in | Allow cookies and close the other sessions. One device only. |
| Agents or users missing from the dashboard | A filter is on, or the line is not assigned yet | Clear the filters. If they are still missing, ask us to check the assignment. |
| Transaction code refused | Code mistyped or reset | Ask for a reset on official WhatsApp. Do not put the code in the chat. |
| Access suddenly reduced | We are reviewing the line | Message us with your master ID and ask about status. |
| Someone offers to "recover" your admin panel | Impersonation | Stop and report it. We never open a conversation this way. |
Password and recovery at the higher levels follow the same principle as for users. We verify you first, then reset. The password reset guide and the account recovery guide explain what that verification looks like.
Why we do not publish public admin login forms
Lookalike sites love a big "Skyexchange admin login" or "master login" box on the homepage. The box is the whole point. It captures whatever gets typed into it, and a master or admin credential is worth far more to an attacker than a user one. We went the other way on purpose.
- Portal addresses are shared privately with the people who hold access, so a copycat has nothing to imitate.
- No form on this site collects a password. Even the user login form on the Sky Exchange login page only sends you to our WhatsApp.
- People make access decisions, not forms. A public form would suggest anyone can apply and get approved automatically. That is not how the hierarchy works.
A simple rule
If a page on the internet shows a Skyexchange admin login or master login form, it is not the official portal. Only the people we have granted access, and our own team, know the real addresses. Our guide to spotting fake Skyexchange sites shows what these pages usually look like.
